Exposed aggregate is a pea gravel exposed finish, all of the aggregate added to the ready mix concrete is pea gravel. 

Broom finish is the most common type of concrete finish there is.It's grey with broom bristle marks in it. It is the same as the city sidewalks.

Stamped concrete is concrete that is patterned and/or textured to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, and various other patterns and textures. Stamped concrete is commonly used for patios, sidewalks, driveways, pool decks, and interior flooring. 

This is a clear coat that provides protection for your concrete. The dark area shown above, is sealed, the light area is not.

These are nicely marked cuts placed in your concrete to reduce the risk of cracking. These cuts can also be done in patterns to give your concrete a wow factor.
